Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 1 cup almond flour or breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil optional
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast optional, for extra cheesy flavor

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Slice zucchini into fries, and pat dry with paper towels.
  • In a bowl, mix almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Coat zucchini pieces in the flour mixture, ensuring an even layer.
  • Arrange zucchini fries in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not overcrowded.
  • Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and crispy.
  • Serve with your favorite vegan dipping sauce. Enjoy!

Notes

Feel free to get creative with the seasoning! You can swap the paprika for chili powder for a spicy kick or try adding fresh herbs for extra flavor.
